AirGap Folio paid plans are prepaid fixed-period access plans. A monthly or yearly payment activates access for the selected paid period.

Payments are generally non-refundable once a subscription is successfully activated. The product does not provide refunds for partial use, unused time, change of mind, or expected investment/tax outcomes.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only for duplicate charges, payment processing errors, or cases required by applicable law. Approved refunds, if any, will be processed to the original payment method where possible.
How to request review
Email airgapfolio@gmail.com with the account email, payment date, plan, Razorpay payment reference if available, and a short reason. Do not send card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN, OTPs, raw statements, or private portfolio backups.
Processing time
Eligible refund reviews depend on payment-provider processing timelines and may require additional verification.
